Dinner : BBQ Shrimp and Brussels Sprouts

We get these great jumbo, shell-on shrimp at Trader Joes. A quick marinade and a few minutes on the grill is all it takes to make a tasty dinner out of them. Last night we put them on a bed of brussels sprouts (a favorite veggie in our house). This is one of those dinners that drives Streak absolutely bananas. If she's patient, she usually gets rewarded with a morsel or two.
