Tonight we picked up a few ingredients at New World again and made a pasta dish with lamb/honey/mint sausages cooked on the grill outside. We made the sauce with garlic, mini portabella mushrooms, spinach, and a ready-made NZ sauce (red wine, garlic version). We added the chopped sausages on top of the pasta and sauce. It's our 2nd night of lamb in a row - something we never make at home, but we're enjoying it here on our trip.
