Dinner: Red Cabbage, Burgers & Peachy Canyon Zin
Had to use the broiler again tonight for the beef. For our reference, eight minutes a side did the trick. The cheese is 'Young' Emmi Gruyere, and the cabbage was cooked with a little balsamic vinegar.
