French Bread Disaster
I tried the normal 'French Baguette' from Artisan Baking yesterday. I made the mistake of not using a baking stone and it burned horribly!
This is after taking the bread out 10 minutes early. We were able to salvage most of it by cutting off the bottom.
I really need a baking stone.
