Monday Dinner : Salmon, Russian Kale & Dijon Sauce

Have a few dinners to catch up on - this is the first one. The Russian kale can be found in it's original (whole) form on our farmer's market post from Sunday. The Dijon sauce was a garlic mustard vinaigrette. It was good!
